What is puppy yoga?
This is a unique format of yoga in the presence of puppies, which helps to combine care for physical and mental health.
Yoga in itself is a great tool for body development. In our classes, we offer you to try yoga for beginners and feel how it can change the state of your body in one session. And the puppies running around won't definitely leave you without a smile on your face. At the end of the class, we'll make sure to give you time to stay together.

How is it good for dogs?
Puppies come to us from kennels or shelters for a couple of hours. Such a closed format of interaction with people in a safe environment is beneficial for them and is a form of socialisation where they can learn new rooms, smells, sounds and people.
All animals come to us after 3 months and have the necessary vaccinations.

Rules for handling puppies
Who is in charge in the classroom? Of course, our puppies. They have complete freedom of action with no movement restrictions. Puppies can run or sleep, play with toys or even your hair. Be careful :)
We have a puppy policy which can be found here or in class in printed format. Please contact a LAPKI staff member if you notice that someone is not following the rules. We appreciate the respect of each of our class participants

How do I sign up for an appointment?
Select the city in which you would like to visit us. Click here to see the schedule of the nearest classes in your city. When you are registering, please provide your contact phone number. You will receive an SMS confirmation with information that will allow you to log in to your personal account and view your current registrations.

There is a code field on your certificate.
This is your unique code-ticket to the training. You must enter it during registration. Choose a convenient time for the training on our website and enter the code in the appropriate field. The class schedule is updated weekly, so you have time to choose the classes you want.
Pay attention to the validity of your certificate, it will be indicated at the bottom.
What kind of physical fitness is required for puppy yoga?
Our trainings are designed for any level of physical fitness, so you will feel comfortable even if you are a beginner. If you have been practicing yoga for a long time, please let our trainer know before the class and he will adopt the class programme to suit you.
I want a training with this particular breed, when will it be available?
We announce the breed of dogs on our Instagram a week before the start of the trainings.
If you haven't seen your favourite for a long time, please write to us on Direct and we will look for it especially for you.
How often does the current schedule appear?

Where are the dogs come from?
Puppies come to us for trainings from kennels and shelters. After the classes are over, they return home with their owners.
What happens to dogs when they grow up?
The puppies grow up to the age when they are ready to move to their permanent families and they do. They usually come to us after vaccinations and before moving to their permanent families.
Our trainings help to socialise and prepare puppies for a confident future.
